My goal is to become healthy, have boundless energy and look like a knockout! But really folks...I want to lose the 10lbs I put on over the last few years and get back in good shape so I can wear my old clothes that are now coming back into style ! A new goal has been realized...After taking my state exam for Mammography (April11) Guess that is a goal too...I will begin to train to get certification in personal training!! Something I have wanted to do for 25 years now!! Why not begin at 50?!
Train with a trainer 2-3 days a week. Strength and cardio. Spinning or cycling and ab work on my own 2 more days a week. 8 glasses of water a day 8 hours sleep counting nutritional stats on foods I eat, 5 small meals a day and not eating before bedtime!
Thank you for adding me to your friends, so good to see someone with similar goals! I am going for a few certifications this year as well, a goal of mine for the past 8 years! Just goes to show, it is never too late!
