That dress better fit
After years of carrying post-pregnancy weight, I've decided that I want to wear a gown that isn't considered plus sized. This is the journey to get there. I currently lift weights to tone and build muscle 4 days a week and do cardio at least 5 days a week. The eventual goal isn't to be rail thin, but a toned curvaceous woman who is healthy enough to enjoy life.
