I joined Spark People on April 2010, and i really stuck to it for awhile my original weight had been 174 and i had dropped down to about 157 pounds and was still loosing. But then i slowly stopped coming on here, and stopped caring about what i ate. And here i am yet again. I've tried to come back many times but the very next day always moved on from this. I'm tired of running away from cameras, not wanting to look into mirrors and not fitting into the clothes i want. I want the energy i used to have back and I am determined to get it! I hope to meet lots of new people again, And find someone to share the expierience with.

-Cutting out all junk food

It's been good so far. I lost 4 lbs in the first week. I haven't checked this week yet though. It's soooo wonderful that the videos are so short and can still give you such a workout. My favorite one is the Total Body Circuit, it's the one that gives you the most work. I hope you enjoy the rest of videos too. And it's Kingston, Jamaica. emoticon emoticon

im slacking!!!!!! i've gained 2 lbs im pretty sure hahah so i am trying to get back in the grooe and lose my last 5 lbs for the month and i just got a gym memebership so it's go time!

I ate like a fatty again last night :( haha so it's on now!!! I'm gunna wait to eat crazy again until I weigh 185 unless on sat I weigh 187 for some reason!! haha then I'll eat bad again on SAturday haha but I am starting c25K today i think I really need some running shoes though!
