I am currently working out at home. I usually do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred each morning when I get up or after work.
Life is about not knowing, having to change, taking the moment,and making the best of it without knowing what will happen next. Be thankful for hard times in your life. Try not to look at them as bad things, but as opportunities to grow and learn.
So far i love 30 day shred. I was very sore after the first day and until about day 4 i was still feeling sore. Its a great workout! I did some research and read a ton of reviews and they were all right on point for it! good luck to you to :)
