Thanks for the goodie, a good massage is just what l need.
l didn't get home from hospital until 8.45pm last night, l went in at 9am so it was a very long day, a two hour drive each way plus lots of tests and three injections into my joints so l've been relaxing today and taking things easy. l have to go back on Friday for assessment and then will be called back yet again when the MRl results are interpreted.
We awoke to snow this morning, it didn't last long but it's been hailstoning on and off all day and has become very cold and windy. The forecast is for minus 2 overnight...whatever happened to Spring?
Hope you have a lovely day

Good morning Barb,
Hope you're well.
l've had a rotten year health wise but things seem to be picking up a bit now, everything on the left side seems to be working again after the stroke, there's just my back to sort out now and l'm going for an MRl scan on Monday, l only hope it shows what's wrong as l do so hate not being able to walk more than fifty steps at a time and l'd like to get off the painkillers too.
Our weather's been very nice for a while but we're getting forecasts of a winter blast for next week, could even bring snow! Hopefully that won't happen, we've had some good morning frosts but they haven't caused any damage as David puts the tender plants in the green house overnight.
David took me for a ride up into the forestry at Easter, it was so peaceful away from the crowds, we stopped off at a favourite village but l didn't walk, David went around the trail on his own whilst l sat on a bench near the river and waited...not the same as what we used to do but very nice never the less...watching a mother Mallard with seven little very early ducklings and a majestic swan. l really enjoyed being out, it seems to have been one long round of hospitals and doctors for ages!
We've already had our Mother's Day back in March, it was the day after our 45th wedding anniversary so turned into a long family week-end which was very nice.
l'm going into town today, l take Joseph to football club, we get dropped off at the door and picked up again afterwards but l enjoy sitting watching him learn, they're all aged three and it's so funny at times, co-ordination is sometimes not good at that age...lol...
Well, l hope you have a lovely week-end, it's a bit dull and windy here but at least it's not raining...David wants it to...we haven't had any rain to speak of for ages so he's having to water-up every night!
