Hello,my name is Maria. I'm starting an effort to lose some pounds and be healthier and happier.
My height is 5'3 and i weigh 149 pounds. I realised that i started eating, drinking and weighing more day after day.

My goals:
1. Calories limits 1200-1550. Track calories every day.
2. Control alcohol habits.
3. Eat at least 3 hours before sleeping
4. Eat every 3 or 4 hours.
5. Drink water.
6. Start working out.
7. Make cellulite leave! ...

My goals:
1. Calories limits 1200-1550. Track calories every day.
2. Control alcohol habits.
3. Eat at least 3 hours before sleeping
4. Eat every 3 or 4 hours.
5. Drink water.
6. Start working out.
7. Make cellulite leave!
8. Set small rewards for myself
9. Don't give up if i won't meet my goals one day.

It's not easy, i wanna do a lot of things and i know that if i try to all of them from the beggining i m gonna lose my mind.
So i'm setting goals for each day and for each week.

This week (7 Febr. - 13 Febr.) my goals are:

1.track calories every day and stay in limits.
2.drink 3 glasses of water( there are some days i don't have even 1 glass so don't think 3 is not enough,it's just for the first week!)
3.Don't eat late at night.
4.Don't drink alcohol everyday!



English is not my mother language so please forgive my mistakes.

i would also love to find a spark buddy, for online communication help and support.Someone who won't mind my english :P and has a similar effort to make.
