As much as I hated taking my before pictures...I appreciate them so much more when I take my after ones :) you should take some and just hide them away in a folder until later..I still have maybe..7-8 pics that I havent posted yet of my tummy and I dont expect to have them be revealed until WAY after
I still havent gotten in a workout groove since school started. Ive only been doing maybe 3 days a week instead 6...im bummed about that :/ My goal in the beginning was to be in the low 180s by halloween so i really gotta kick ass to get that..i want it really bad!
Yay! Smaller pants rule! I have a pair of pants in nearly every size all the way down to I think 13....Im quite a few sizes away from those but its a good gauge. Was your whole week bad? How come it was icky?
Im a little bit worn out :/ i had two "mental health" days this week! I missed work one day and school another. Im exhausted! I had a bad day yesterday because the scale said i gained 2 lbs and I just about freaked out. But im back on track now. Just wish I could take one day and sleep!
