I'm basically looking to eat healthier and tone certain areas I'm unhappy with.

I have no motivation whatsoever, despite the feeling I get when I took in the mirror. Hearing what others do for motivation will hopefully get me back on track!

I have been more conscious of what I'm eating.. I try exercising when I can, but I find myself making excuses for myself..

Hello Amanda. Im with you on the "no motivation", but hang in there! Its not the easiest thing to do, but it will pay off in the end! Soon, that mirror wont even know who that is standing there after your hard earned transformation! emoticon
