Thanks! The carrot cake was divine! Probably twice as huge a slice as I needed! haha! I'm not sure if I've had the "entitled" feeling towards sweets that you're describing, but I definitely struggle with them I still use sweets and a spoon to chill out when I'm stressed, feeling emotional, or whatever. BUT I realize that my emotional eating is something I'll always struggle with, so I always try to be viligant with my emotional state and I combat it with other ways to mellow out and vigorous exercise! 1969 days ago
