About potassium, it looks like those would be good choices:
bananas, potatoes cooked with the skin, avocadoes, spinach, Lima beans, and all nuts (unsalted). I'll give it a try and let you know emoticon I was WAY below yesterday, and really want to up my intake as it seems it could be the reason why I'm so sore after exercising...
