Unbreakable!

Have you seen the movie "Unbreakable" with Bruce Willis? That's what my trainer has nicknamed me -- Unbreakable -- based on the lead in that movie.

My goal is to get fit -- really fit -- just once, while I'm still young enough to do the active, adventurous stuff I love. Horseback riding, skiing, caving, geocaching, climbing, martial arts, and anything else that sounds fun and exciting.

* Sign up for horseback riding lessons when I get below 200lbs.

My Program:
I'm following the Slow Carb diet in Tim Ferriss' 4-Hour Body.

I'm doing modified Crossfit, working with a trainer at a gym, and taking Pilates (on equipment).

30+ minutes on the treadmill each morning.

Personal Information:
I'll be 43 in April 2011. I am married, no kids, 3 dogs, and 2 horses (sort of), and we live in Duvall, WA.

Just stopping by to say hello and wish you a fabulous week! I haven't been online much over the past few days due to the tornado outbreak from last Wednesday. (I live in central Mississippi). Three people from our community died, so it's been a sad time as we continue to work hard toward getting our little town back on it's feet.

I hope you've been doing okay and staying motivated. Let's forge onward and continue making those healthy choices. We have a new month full of great opportunities and new beginnings! WE CAN DO THIS!
