Ran around doing errands yesterday. I am trying to do some each day. Have a long way to go but truly taking baby steps toward a real exercise program again. It's been beautiful weather here in Dunnellon...last week low 80s and this week 70s. Makes me want to walk, but when I get out there, I always seem to overdo it and end up hurting for a week.
Happy to hear you are making progress with your water! I think drinking enough water is so hard for most people. It really does take a conscious effort to drink enough of it. If you get bored with just plain water, try some of the sugar-free flavorings that have splenda in them (DaVinci and Torani are the brands). My husband loves these flavorings on his low-carb ice cream!
Got a bit more moving in today! Hopefully a bit more each day will keep the numbers moving in the right direction! Keep drinking that water! Maybe next week we will add a new challenge! 1333 days ago
HI!!! I do Zumba Toning and I really like it!! it is hard, but you know you are really working it when you are done! At least with my instructor, she uses all the Beto routines and really doesn't make up her own much so they are more structured and controlled. I have been to other classes where they make up their own and they are a little jerky and not so smooth. The dance part is slower than regular Zumba becuase you are also toning at the same time with the toning sticks. if you end up buying a pair of sticks try to go on Ebay and get the 1 1/2 pound ones. they are dark green and white. They don't sell them anymore. They only sell the 1 pound and 2 1/2 pound. I hope you really enjoy it! our songs keep getting harder too!!! just when I think they can't get any harder, she finds a way!! ha ha!!
