Back from Holidays and ready to get back on track. Something in the healthy eating and exercise routine I established must of stuck as I continued it even on vacation. I did allow myself to indulge as well. Would you believe I lost a pound. Must of been the walking, swimming and hiking that I did. I was expecting to gain as I have always gained while on holidays. Now that I know it is possible to loose even if you are away from home once you figure out what works for you. I met my goals that I set when I first started with Spark People now I have set new goals. I want to see the 150's by June. I haven't been there since my kids where in grade school and their adults now.
Well I hope all is going well. Getting healthy isn't easy it means we have to make time for ourselves but we are worth it. So here is to us. 1170 days ago
Well we are almost into the middle of March. I hope you have had a couple of good weeks. I really haven't had any big losses but any loss is a loss. Slow and steady we will get healthier and fitter. 1207 days ago
