Hi XenaBean!

Welcome to the Making the Cut team!!

MTC is so great for increasing strength and for getting an intense cardio workout in - so I think that means it's a program that "hits two birds with one stone" in judging from your goals!

I hope you join in on the discussions on the team boards!

Howdy XenaBeen and welcome to the dog lover's team where we talk dogs, dogs, dogs (vets, jokes, books, training, food, behavior ... well, you get the drift!) -- look forward to seeing you on the boards soon with your "personal trainers". I love your 'indestructible snake" Riley & Jen have similar sheep which I seem to repair with thread on a regular basis (it no longer has ears but it's limbs are still intact!)

Looking forward to hearing about you & your crew & best of success to you this year here with us at Sparks!!

Colleen
