I will use SP as a guide and for the free exercise videos and to spread the good news of weight loss and my continued exercising efforts. I may or may not be consistent on tracking all my calories in and out - that tends to take a great deal of time that I could be spending preparing healthy meals for the family or exercising. I got caught in that SP track 2 years ago. I spent more time on sparkpeople talking about what I was gonna do instead of just actually doing it!
