Hi. My name is Laci & I graduated from high school in May 2010.
I am currently attending college, I'm not quite sure yet what to major in, Just having fun. I decided to come to spark after seeing pictures from my vacation to Chicago in March of 2010. All through the summer I worked out and tried to eat better. I ended up losing around 15-18 pounds during the summer. Once I got to college in August I stopped worrying on those things, but when it was warm I walked forever. I lost 3-6 pounds in aug/sept/oct. Since October 2010 I have been maintaining my weight. This last spring semester 2011 was hard emotinally and Academically and Socially. I am doing good now. I started started a new job, cleaning the dorms at my college. It helped me to get down to 146. I decided I needed to move home for a year, I moved back home in August 2011. Since being home I have gained around 23lbs. I decided I can't let myself do this again! I want to be healthy and live a good lifestyle. I weighed in at 166lbs on April 20th 2012. I realized I wanted to lose weight after staying with my boyfriend and needing to borrow a shirt. He wears smalls and I wear a large. It was embarrassing, even though it shouldn't matter. It does to me. I want to met my goal by October 24th 2012! I will be 21! I am trying to live healthy, tips and comments would be amazing! :)

-Water, no pop!

I'm 20. I enjoy photography, swimming, and biking. I have an amazing boyfriend! I am happy with life & want my body to "feel" more me. I LOVE Music & Design! I LOVE to read. My Favorites are: The Vampire's Assistant, Harry Potter, The Night World, and Twilight.

I have to remember that exercise is not just about equipment and treadmills but about things that you do in your everyday life (like walking to friends house) etc! Do you like to cook!?
