Maintaining since May 2012

Lessons Learned:

1. Goals should have a finish line but no end date. That way, I'm never a failure as long as I pick up where I left off.

2. Even five minutes of exercise to maintain the habit is better than losing momentum.

3. I may or may not be sorry I skipped a workout, but I am NEVER sorry that I did a workout.

I find your story very similar to mine. I started at 193, I've been down to about 158 and back again. 158 felt unreal to me because I've always been over that. Right now I'm 181 and need to keep going down. Keep on Truckin! You'll be there soon.
