50# By Fifty
I am an ex-competitive bodybuilder who had twin boys @ 38 years old. I have gotten out of touch with taking care of myself. Obviously, I know how to eat & exercise correctly, but find sticking to a plan long-term to be difficult. I feel my biggest obstacles are that I grow bored easily with writing everything down and the amount of energy it takes to constantly watch/track the eating and my busy lifestyle often gets in the way if I don't exercise first thing in the morning.

My goal is to lose 50# by my 50th birthday, which is in June-may be a hefty goal, but I'm still going to try! My first goal is to get below 200#.
