If you never push yourself too your limits, How do you know where your limits truely are?

I have realized within the last year or so just how often people say "I Can't, I Won't or I Quit" without ever making an attempt. I am not one of those people and I encourage everyone I meet to try and drop those words from their vocabualry. "I CAN, I WILL and I DO"!

Get Healthy! I would love to have my BMI under 30.

Get to a total weight of under 225lbs.

Increase endurance.

My Program:
Develop proper eating habits.

3-5 small meals instead of 1 big 1

no food 2 hours before bed.

Prepare more homecooked meals where I control whats in it.

Hit the Gym 2-4 times per week.

Cut down on soda consumption.

Thanks for the spark goodie...and the best thing about it...no calories!!!
Just got finished with my SlimNSix workout...whew!!! The other day..I couldn't figure out why my stomach hurt..thought I'd ate something new and weird that affected me..like spinach...lol. Come to find out..it was the ABS I never knew I had in there..haaaaaaa. Keep sparkin' !!! :) emoticon
