i agree with the previous comment form KAM13D. Slow and steady wins every time. I 'm completely changing my lifestyle. Found out the hard way diets and plans do not work long term for me. So far I've taken off 55 and have about 140 to go. I make small goals every so many weeks and its working. So see you can do it. Just keep on plugging away one day at a time.

Hi - saw your post today about gaining 3 pounds, and I hurt along with you. I think at this point, if you are staying within your allotted calories and such on your food tracker, that you need to both have someone analyze your food intake for you and see a doctor.
And if its a matter of not staying withing your goal range on the food tracker, then I urge you to go through all the great articles here - writing out your goals and the reasons you NEED to lose weight. Would it help for you to receive a phone call every morning to rev up your motivation every day?
