Back in 2007ish I used this site often but over the past couple of years I stopped because I thought I was too busy to keep track of my health, both with weight and other things. But now I realize that in order to make it in life, I need to take care of myself and have good habits. I love this web site! I want to keep tracking here again because of the accountability, the positive support, and information to be realistic and make smart and healthy choices.

Low carbohydrate, low fat, high protein diet. Weight training and eventually getting really into bodybuilding (a dream that I once had in high school but didn't have the drive or direction then to do it).
