My Goals:
My goal is to lose 50 pounds by April 22, 2013.
My Program:
I will walk Cookie, my little black shih tzu, every day and go to the Y to swim once a week.
I will keep track of my calories and my physical activity every day.
I will also write in a new journal at least 3 times a week.

In answer to your question, no, I had originally lost about 135 pounds using Optifast, but gained over 40 pounds of that back. That's when I came to Spark, and since then I have lost nearly 15 pounds! I'm very excited about that!
