Getting My Life Back On Track Again
I have finally accepted the fact that being healthy is something that you have to stay focused on, because if you don't, the weight and the unhealthy eating will continue. It's also important to do some form of exercise each and every day, even if it is as simple as walking extra minutes as you walk to your car or around the building where you work. I have finally accepted the fact that being healthy is something that you have to stay focused on, because if you don't, the weight and the unhealthy eating will continue. It's also important to do some form of exercise each and every day, even if it is as simple as walking extra minutes as you walk to your car or around the building where you work. I have again decided that I must continue to eat right and exercise more. So, I have decided to get back on track again, and stay on track. It just feels good.

My Goals:
My goal is to feel better, and get healthier,. The first time on Spark, I lost 40 lbs, and let it slip back on. I want to stay focused and stay committed to eating healthy meals, and getting in daily exercise.
My Program:
I am recording everything that I eat, and making time for some excercise everyday. After years of inactivity, I am taking it nice and slow.
