Chris' lifestyle change: always be aware

I've been trying to do SP for 4 months now, and have lost 10 but having trouble with the old fall back into bad habits. I love this site for the tracking of EVERYTHING, since it all matters. I have also enjoyed meeting people, but tend to be shy about posting to the message boards.

My Goals:
SP set my goal at what my weight was when I got married. I'm not sure about that, but it would be nice! Meanwhile, I want to keep on working out, tracking my food and trying to limit my portions!

My Program:
I am following the breakfast suggestions, with a lo-cal microwave meal for lunch at work, then small portions of a regular dinner with usually the most mutritious stuff. I'm emphasizing portion control to start, but everything on the weekends.

Other Information:
I have a really busy life, and sometimes I get stressed and want to eat. I work full-time, coach soccer, am a Scout leader and on our school board. It's worth it most of the time, but hard to really think about my food choices.
