My Journey

In the past few years, I have lost over 100 pounds. However, I seem to have gotten lazy and found about 45 of them again. I need to get back on track and lose the weight again.

My Goals:
My main goal is weight loss for the purpose of being healthy and looking better. I was down to 162 about a year and a half ago. I really want to get below that.

My Program:
I am being aware of my food and making healthy choices.

I am also going to change my lunch hour. Instead of eating and napping, I am going to eat a healthy lunch and then do a 30 minute workout.

I am going to either walk or go to Curves 3 nights a week in order to increase my cardio activity.

Personal Information:
I live in Wyoming and work for the public works department of my city. I became single again more than a year a half ago. I worked really hard to lose weight while I was married and instead of being proud of me, my husband became jealous and depressed. We split for many reasons, but that was one of them. I am living with a great guy now. We are normally very active, but his job is keeping him too busy lately and the cold weather is keeping inside more than usual.
