That is so great that you are trying to quit drinking pop too! How are you doing with it? I am 19 days pop-free now! It's really hard, but it feels so good to know that I can actually do it, if I really apply myself.
One problem I'm noticing is the longer I go without the pop, the more my brain tries to tell me it would be okay to have just ONE LITTLE pop, since I've gone so long without - what would it hurt? So I have been busy battling those self-defeating thoughts, and so far winning.
