Sometimes this journey seems easy sometimes it seems hard. But everyday I make a choice. I need to be prepared for each day and have my food and workout preplanned. I can control the little things. If I do that everything else including wieght loss will follow. The only obstacle to achieving your goals is yourself. You can do anything you put your heart to!

My Program:
I lift 3 days a week and box 20 minutes on those days. The other 2 days I run 45 minutes. Yoga once a week. Strict Food control.
