I had my third and last child over one year ago. No more excuses now! I love to workout I just need to get my eating under control. I will be running my first 5K on 9/6. I am so excited!

My Goals:
I would love to get certified as a personal trainer so I can share my love of working out with others!

My Program:
Weight Watchers and working out at a gym 3-4 days a week. Working out at home 2-3 days a week. I love Spin Classes and Kickboxing. Tae Bo is also a favorite. I just added running to my exercise routine. I log my runs on nike+ using my ipod. What a great motivator that is!

Personal Information:
I have a terrific husband and three great children. 2 girls and a boy. Ages are 8,5, and 1. I work from home as a recruiter for an advertising agency.

Other Information:
I love reading magazines. Besides food it is my other addiction. I have so much information in my head from years of reading magazines. Now I earn my magazines by reaching my weight/fitness goals!

Your doing great, don't let a tiny thing get you down! Look beyond the box, see what you can change and work with but make it fun and something you can stick with until May. Change up your strength and cardio, try something new, maybe look at your foods and see if something is sneaking around that you don't need. (There is always something in my food groups I don't need)
