My name is Ness and I recently moved from Ohio to New York and am now living outside the Midwest for the first time in my life. My favorite form of exercise is riding my bike when the weather co-operates. I also enjoy horseback riding and swimming - and hope to get back to a weight where I feel comfortable doing those activities again. Other things I enjoy - reading, listening to music, and spending time with my husband and cats. EDIT DECEMBER 2010 Well I have been away for awhile, but am ready for a comeback. Looking over my goals and what I was doing before made me realize that I have stopped doing all of those things - I'm not even drinking enough water - and that I need to start them back up. So here I am again, focusing on decreasing my pop intake, drinking more water, and exercising again. My poor Wii hasn't been touched since the first week we moved other than to use netflix movies.

My Goals:
I want to remain positive about weight loss and eating healthy - something that I haven't been able to do in the past. I want to focus on the small goals and not get overwhelmed by the big picture.
My Program:
Here are the things I am doing to focus on change: -Cutting pop out of my diet. -Becoming friends with my Wii Fit. -Drinking my water. -Making sure I eat fruits and veggies daily.
