    PS..you could probably put in one more meal at about 150-200 calories for that protein addition. 1286 is a little low..you dont want to drop your calories too drastically,cause then you will slow your metabolism. Its good to stay low especially on days where you get no excersize in, but just dont overdo it. And more meals is always better. Keep up the good work. I am impressed with your motivation. Love ya emoticon
