Just another part of my 'work in progress'

I'm a 24 year old mother of 3. Married 7 years to the love of my life.

I lost 20 pounds in 3.5 months and gained it all back and then-some in less then 2 months.

So here I am AGAIN, starting ALL over again.
I feel so defeated but I know if I don't make a change I'm going to continue gaining weight and lose all my self-esteem.

Lose 5 pounds by Valentine's Day

Lose 15 pounds by Tim's Birthday in June

Lose 25 pounds by my Birthday in September

Ulitmate Goal: Weigh 120 pounds like I did B.C. (before children)

Establish good eating habits.

Love where I am no matter where I am

My Program:
I don't have one anymore.

I'm going to try and eat small meals again 6x a day.
No Food after 7:30 pm

And try to work out every other day (or 3x a week)

I do Lia Sophia jewelry parties and I love it because it gets me out of the house and be around other women (I'm surrounded by boys!!)

PS..you could probably put in one more meal at about 150-200 calories for that protein addition. 1286 is a little low..you dont want to drop your calories too drastically,cause then you will slow your metabolism. Its good to stay low especially on days where you get no excersize in, but just dont overdo it. And more meals is always better. Keep up the good work. I am impressed with your motivation. Love ya emoticon

I see that you are doing fantastic from what you're eating. Keep it up! Bring your protein up a bit more though..lean meats. Will keep you full for longer!! :0) love ya..You're making me nervous cause I can feel the weight about to come off of you. There goes my $ ;op emoticon

hey babes, I added all my stuff on here, because I really liked the nutritional tracking and everything, but I'm gonna keep bodyspace for the progress pictures and weight chart and stuff
