CHIPPING THROUGH THE WALL

I have lost all the weight I am going to lose until I confront my ancient demon: a Vitamin C deficiency. I simply cannot get more out of myself exercise-wise until I build up my immune system. I just end up exercising and falling ill, exercising and falling ill. So now I see the problem: I have to consume therapeutic doses of Vitamin C and, if I feel like really getting down to it, I should start dosing myself with B vitamins as well.

Current Status:
WWREFUGEE1942 goes to the gym every day before a bath and breakfast. What a good girl am I!

I go to two weight loss meetings a week and keep close track of my food and activity on SparkPeople. I keep my kitchen stocked with the right foods. I walk whenever possible instead of driving.

I live in Glendale, California where the weather is great. I like walking around the city doing shopping and going to meetings.

I have not been in any weight loss program that cost me money except I just joined a gym because it is important to up my exercise and I actually enjoy the Water aerobics, the team weight training and the zumba.

When I found spark I was down from my top weight of 235 to 218. I cannot believe I have maintained at 185 for two years but my next goal is 166 and I am resolved to get there in 2013. THank you for the encouragement.

I am sitting at my laptop eating breakfast with my SparkPeople. Soon I will get dressed and go to Home Depot for some grout remover. I set a buncha tiles in my kithen last week and I made a buncha mistakes. The first mistake I made was to make the grout too dense, so it was impossible to wiipe it off with a wet spong. Little spots of grount hardened on the tiles. I got most of it off by wetting the tiles with Aetone andd meticulously scraping up the hardened grout with a chisel.

Then, thinking myself experienced, I mixed more grout, this time the right consistency and I slathered it on more tiles. That's when I made my second mistake. I thought I could play around with the 10-20 minute perioed called for to harden the grout enough to sponge over it

I went into creative mode and slathered on grout over an area and let it harden while I was curing the net mixture. The results was that the grout had 30 or more minutes to harden. By the time I got to sponging it down it had hardened to much so now I have two more sections of tiles that are covered in the cement-like grout.

Research tells me that all I can do is use water to sofen the grout and go over the tiles one by one (there are thousands of them) with a plastic scraper. Not me! I'm not gonna do it!

So, off I go to Home Depot to buy a new grout dissolver and soon I will be lying on my sink under my kitchen cupboards working away at my tile.

I don't get activity points for lying on my side scraping off grout but I get a tremendous feeling of achieving a healthier life style than when was laying around playing around on the compter. emoticon
