I am ready to be healthy for the rest of my life!

Hi, my name is Judy and I have struggled with my weight all my life. I am now 58 years old and am the highest I have ever been. It is time to make some positive changes.

I plege to:
1. Continue to loose 1 to 2 lbs per week.
2. Not eat after dinner.
3. Get 30 mins of cardio 3x per week
4. Get 30 mins of streching and strength 3x per week.
5. Stay positive, no negative thoughts.
6. Use portion control, no second helping

8. Limit myself to 3 healthy snacks a day.

Rewards
I will keep a journal/calendar with stars showing stars on each day I keep one of my goals for the day.


Daily Goals:
1. Stay within my calories daily
2. Eat 5 servings fruit/veggies
3. Exercise every day at least 30 mins, or 45 mins when possible.

Goals for 2008
1: go to bed by 10pm on work nites.
2: do a mimium of 30 mins of cardio 5 out of 7 days.
3: track my food daily.
4: looae 40 pounds.
5: work on getting all of my spark points each day.

My Goals:
To loose 1 to 2 pounds per week.
My second goal is to walk daily either outside or use Leslie Sansones WATP dvds.


Nothing taste as good as thin is going to feel.

My Program:
Portion control and watching my calorie intake. I belong to TOPS and weigh in weekly.

I have started doing Leslie Sansone's WATP at least 4 to 6 times a week and a mimium of 2 to 3 times a week I am walking either a 5k (3.1 mile) or a 10k (6.2 miles) I am loving to walk and excerise.

Personal Information:
I live in Washington, I have lived in Washington all my life. I have been married for 24 years and have one daughter who is 22 and in College. I work as a home care supervisor, providing in home care for elderly and disabled people. I hope to retire in 31/2 years.

Be sure to drop by the Snohomish County Sparkers page. We've got a team walk on the Centennial Trail coming up on Sat, Sept 19th followed by a team hike on Sat, Sept 26th out on the Mountain Loop Highway at Monte Cristo. Hope to see you there!
