In April '08 joined WW, and just recently made goal of 128 lbs, and am now a "lifetimer". Want to increase my exercising (did almost none most of my life) without losing more.
Joined local YMCA this year, and want to get in a group program this summer.
Also have a Leslie Sansone DVD for walking at home (when weather won't permit outdoors). Looking for others. Suggestions??
With working full time, have little chance to get out much. Hope to see this change in next few months as summer gets here. My DH has passed away and no children, so live alone. Has both benefits and downfalls.

Thanks for the encouragement. You're on Maintenance? Wonderful! You weigh just about what I should .... So it can be done? I think being able to sleep again will turn out to be the key factor for my weight normalization and strength.
