Taking Control!
I joined SparkPeople a few years back and did well . . . let it go and along with it myself. I am back to my exact start weight from the first time I registered on this site. I am pressing the "reboot" button on my life and getting back on track!

My Program:
Living 1 minute at a time! I am tracking my nutrition and will slowly begin adding more activity in after I get the meal plan a bit under control and start feeling a slight bit healthier!
