Building a better me

Hi guys, my name is Jess! I'm a recent WVU grad, a huge football fan (LET'S GO MOUNTAINEERS!!) and an enthusiast of the great outdoors. During the summer months youll find me catching rays on the back of a boat or shreddin it up on my wakeboard.

HOWEVERR
These past few wintery months have been rough on the bod and Im looking to lose around 10 pounds; but while Im at it, I figure I have no excuse NOT to get in the best shape of my life.

Thanks for adding me as a friend! I see you've already lost some of your weight towards your goal! emoticon ! I submitted a request to be the co-leader of *a fashionista wake up call* and hope that you'll continue on with the team if I get to be a co-leader! It will help me stay motivated and hopefully help motivate other people!! emoticon

Hey lady!
So how is your Hal Higdon training going? I am so glad you like it..it got me started so I tell everyone I know:) It's free and great info..why not? I too had NO idea what I was doing at first..I had it in my mind for so long I wasn't a runner. The key is to work on distance first..speed can come later:) Once you learn how to breathe when runinng the rest falls into place.
