WOOHOO!!! You are n the top five for team fitness minutes this week. Way to start the New Year! How about for this week we try and sneak in a few extra minutes of moving? It could be walking in place while standing, taking a move it break during commercials, or walking up stairs instead of an elevator - anything you can think of! I am rooting for you all the way!!!!
