I know you can do it!! We can do whatever we want if we just put our minds to it! The way I am staying on track is that I am not putting ANYTHING off limits I eat what I like in moderation! I tried the low carb thing but YEAH RIGHT we need our comfort carbs lol! but yeah every single day now I keep a notebook with me and count all my calories the closest I can get them and add them up plus trying to drink more water and only having one can of pop a day IF that lol I just set that goal for myself but ive been doing more like one can or two a week!! Hey girl you don't have any comments so I thought id say hi!! I was hoping to find someone I know on here lol I just joined the other day and still trying to figure everything out. I am now trying the special k diet since the low carb thing was just too hard, I was setting to many restrictions on my eating habits which led me to binges =/ nooo more of that I hope! welp i am going to get to bed now check out my page I just pretty much pasted the stuff from my myspace cause im lazy like that LOL!
