8lbs to goal...and it has been a long slow process....I have learned that I believe we eat because of how we feel about ourselves or the world or how we think others see us, NOT how we feel about food. Eating is just a side effect of 'our out of control' emotions and we use it as an excuse to eat more. Start by controling your emotions by getting exercise and feeling good from that...then you will eat well. Respect yourself by eating well. - we all deserve that!

I also want to take 1 1/2" off of my arms and to be able to do 50 push ups in a row by Christmas!


My Program:
Starting to get back to seeing what I eat- goal is to stay within that and stop nibbling kids food! Cut back on alcohol at nigh...maybe to just the week3nds for 1 beer a night.

Personal Information:
9/20/09:
1.)Pushup Test: Perform as many modified pushups as you can in 60 seconds: 25

2. Crunch Test: Perform as many crunches as you can in 60 seconds: 14

3. Perform a 3-MInute Jumping Jack Test to measure your aerobic fitness.

For the jumping jack test, perform continuous jumping jacks for 3 minutes: 182 - (pulse 118_

How are you doing it?! I'm finding that it is increasingly difficult to lose a mere 10lbs, and my goal is actually 20lbs! You look fabulous! Thanks for the inspiration!

Yay!!!! Glad you see you again!!!! I thought you were gone, gone, gone :( :) :) Thank you for the work out gear goodie!! I love new gear too! Helps motivate me in the gym. So do tell how you lost the 20lbs...maybe you can sparkmail me! Because I'm done to my last 30lbs and it's a little harder as you know!
