I like this website, figure I'll give it a go. I've been able to have a really restrictive diet, and I've been able to do an hour or more cardio 7 days a week, but never both at the same time. I'm just going to take it easy this time and not really restrict my diet but I will be monitoring my calories. Hoping to do at least 3 days of cardio a week, more if I feel energetic.
