Get and Stay Motivated!

Hi Everyone! I've been on a yo-yo dieter and working out on my own for the past few years, but I have not found long-term success. ;( ... So, I'm looking for some structured directions this time in helping me stay motivated and change my lifestyle for good (via Spark's tools). I'm also hoping to find other individuals who shares similar interests/goals, so we can be a good support system for each other.

Hey Qini! It's pretty good. 2 bs so far, and I don't hate the diet!!! I am actually not eating as many calories as I thought I was. It's good info to know!
