I decided to start there. That year I lost 20-25 pounds. I went from 180 to 155. I was thinking just 5 more pounds would be great. Then the weight just started to come back on. I guess I relaxed too much. Didn't make it a priority. Got bored with working out all the time. Now today, November 30, 2010 I am 180 again.... I am so disappointed in myself. Discouraged not knowing how to stay motivated. So , I joined Sparkspeople this fall. Hoping to recieve the encouragement and tools I need to get it off for good and keep it off! I admit, I need help! I can not do this journey alone..... Is there someone who can help me?
