Exercise on ROUTINE basis. Reduce overall cholesterol. Lose enough of my belly fat to wear shirts tucked in again.
I try to basically follow the Prevention Flat Belly Diet, with four smaller meals per day and try to include the MUFAs. I love walking but have struggled with increased arthritis pain in my feet.
I live northwest of Green Bay, out in the country with no access to organized fitness clubs within less than 18 miles. I have plenty of exercise tapes, some of them so new they haven't been unwrapped yet!
I have left my career teaching position and have taken on two convention coordinator positions for state education associations. I LOVE to quilt!
