Starting over!
Back in the gym, yoga daily, and my old pal, the pedometer is once again, "attached at the hip."


Personal Information:
I'm a married mom of 3. I work as an ultrasound tech. Love my job, hate the snacks that appear in the breakroom!
I am learning to knit, and trying to teach myself to play guitar.
I love the sand, surf and sunshine, and being outdoors.

Other Information:
Favorite books are the Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich. Currently reading the
Women's Murder Club series by J. Patterson.

Fave all-time movie is Dirty Dancing.

Love action flicks and fast cars! LOVE the Fast and Furious movies!! Waiting (impatiently) for #'s 6 & 7 to be filmed and released.

Not a big TV watcher, unless its sports. LOVE NCAA football (Go GATORS!) NFL (Da Bears!) and baseball (REDS!!)
I do like to watch CSI and Unforgettable.

This are going ok...I am taking it a day at a time. Making small changes and focusing on 1 goal a week, this week was making sure I am getting at least 8 glasses of water a day. Sunday I will add 45 minutes of cardio a day, 6 days a week, plus my water goal from last week. I find that by choosing 1 goal at a time to focus on it isn't as overwhelming. Little changes over time will lead to reaching my goals in the long run! (I hope) How has your week been?

To answer your question, it's going okay. I'm still not sure what I'm doing on here. I'm trying to be more active and drink more water for sure. As far as food, I'm working on slowly making changes. I'm starting to look more at the meal plan and take some things from it, but keep some of the stuff I normally eat as well. I have to learn to juggle it basically. How are you coming with this?
