Providing the Spark I need...
I'm a yo yo dieter. Now I feel the drive & the incentive to make life changes to enjoy a more active & less painful life. I'm 40-ish and happily married to the same man for 20 years. We have 2 beautiful daughters and are very active in our church. My dh & I are looking forward to enjoying more time together as our children go to school and on with their lives. As that time gets closer though, we dread it more as well. All you "empty-nesters" can appreciate how that works.
