I'm not sure how old your daughter is, but if she is living with you, you can start with fixing one meal for you and your family. If she is over 18, have her join SparkPeople! I spend alot of time talking to both my sons and my husband (and my friend.. i'm sure EVERYONE is tired of me being this new health geek.. I even bore myself sometimes!) about healthy foods and unhealthy foods in moderation.
Positive reinforcement and leading by example are good starts. I'll advise you not to nag her, as when people nagged me, it just made me say "screw em" and eat the pint of ice cream for the hell of it! LOL That would show em!

HI there! I saw your post in the 10-25 pounds to lose team and I just wanted to come by and say hi.
I lived in Japan for a year and one of the first kanji I ever learned was for fat on food labels! :)
I think living in Japan gives you a great opportunity to lose weight if you try and incorporate more of their diet. I looked at your food tracker and it seems like you might benefit from more protein. Maybe you could add more fish into your diet?
Hang in there. I know it's hard, especially when you are getting down to those last few pounds. Keep posting in the spark teams to get the support you need.
