A step in the right direction

I'm here in attempts to create a diet rich in vitamins as well as tasty. For years, I starved my body and it's a whole new world now that I have to feed it.

OK Amy, where have you been?? Still don't see a team listed for you. I know you want to get healthy for that very handsome young man!! I suppose that your stomach problems may be hindering.
Last time I wrote I mentioned our "baby" hitting 50. Now in Aug. our oldest will be 60! Makes me feel really old!! I do hope you are feeling better and have found natural methods to heal.
I am standing still as far weight loss, but know I woud be gaining weigh if I weren't here at Spark. I hope to hear from you. You can contact me on my Spark page if you'd like. I am interesting on how you are. Hugs, Betty

Well Amy, I think you are now on the right way. Spark gives us so much to help us on our journey to a healthier person. I do hope you join a team. It is great to chat with one another about what is going on in our lives. I love my team Achieving success with determination. I belong to only one team here and two others that are geared to the disabled. I think having too many teams it makes it impossible to get to know everyone. There are many to chose from so you can decide the ones that sound like what you need. I wish you well. By the way that is a very nice looking young boy. My youngest is going to be 50 in April so you can see that I am among the older gals and men here. Hugs, Betty
