01/16/2012: 210 (I did NOTHING different this week... TOM bloat!)
My goal is to be healthy. My husband and I enjoy a vegan/vegetarian diet (I'm vegan 99% of the time, with the occasional dairy weakness -- usually in the form of sweets!), and we both love to cook. I have recently discovered Zumba for Wii, and am enjoying that. Other forms of exericse I enjoy are: jogging, hiking, walking, and riding our awesome bikes.
My big goal is to reach 180.
My mini-goal is: 199
Exercise and eat well. We try to cook at home as often as possible, but sometimes we travel or just want to go out. In those cases, I make the best choices I can with what's available.
I live in Chattanooga, TN with my wonderful husband. We will be moving some time in 2012, probably somewhere up north. I intend to go to grad school in the Fall. My husband and I are both musicians, though I do not perform much anymore. I teach piano for a living, but that is just part-time so I will be looking for something else as well. I also just started pursuing writing as a career, so watch out, world!
I love music, Shakespeare, English and American literature, classic literature, reading in general. Most of the time, no matter what I'm doing, I'd much rather be off in a room reading. I enjoy school despite the taxing demands. I ADORE my animals, they are like my children; I have a dog and two cats. I live for all things Lush (www.lushusa.com).
