The Last Twenty

The last twenty pounds seem the hardest to lose. Especially now that I'm over 40 :( I am married with two children, and work part-time outside the home as a librarian. I am also a writer. My work involves a lot of sitting.

My plan is to use Spark People to track my food/water intake and to keep in touch with friends who are on this weight loss journey with me. I will drink more water, exercise for a minimum of thirty minutes a day, eat more fruits, veggies, and fiber, and fewer ...

My Goals:
Drink 4 8oz glasses of water a day.

Track food and water intake daily.

Exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week.

Increase fiber intake.

Eat more fruits and veggies.

Blog about my progress.

My Program:
Measure 32 oz of water into a pitcher and drink it all over the course of a day.

Log food and water intake on Spark People daily.

Walk DVDs with Leslie Sansone.

Add flax to breakfast cereal daily. Eat at least four prunes with breakfast or in the evening before bed (or eat 10 almonds).

Eat a fruit at each meal and at least two veggies with supper.

Add to blog at least once a month.
