The Last Twenty

The last twenty pounds seem the hardest to lose. Especially now that I'm over 40 :( I am married with two children, and work part-time outside the home as a librarian. I am also a writer. My work involves a lot of sitting.

My plan is to use Spark People to track my food/water intake and to keep in touch with friends who are on this weight loss journey with me. I will drink more water, exercise for a minimum of thirty minutes a day, eat more fruits, veggies, and fiber, and fewer ...

Congratulations on hitting your goal!!! emoticon

You will vary up & down 5ish pounds. Don't worry about it! You are where you want to be!! How did you scrape off that last 10 pounds? That's where I'm at.

ONE.TWO pounds from your goal weight!??!?! WOO HOO! emoticon

Wow, you are such an inspiration. My loss has kind of slowed, as I'm really focused on my body fat, so...I seem to be lingering around my 133, and I am praying my bodyfat is on the decline. I really "tweaked" my workout too, in hopes that I can see a change in my body composition.

I'll re-measure on the 17th, and then decide if I will re-visit Cycle 1 for the 3rd time.

In the meantime, you keep it up Sister, you're doing an AWESOME job!

Have a WONDERFUL week!

Kik emoticon

Hi! I wasn't sure you would see this reply I made on my blog, so...here it is again, just in case...

"Susan - thanks for stopping by & for your "vote of confidence" regarding me accomplishing the rest of my goals. My lemon drop martini wasn't exactly part of the "17 DD" last night?! It was good tho?! emoticon

Thanks too for your encouragement & support, I appreciate it immensely. Oh, I am SO ready for the warm temps of HI, and we'll be there before we know it.

Watching you remove your unwanted pounds and inches has been a joy, you're doing such a FABULOUS job & you're SO close to your goal weight. Together, we CAN do this, we have such a great team."

Thanks for "stopping by" and leaving your comment. I am looking forward to a day "out & about" today, as we'll visit a town I've wanted to see now for...a little over a year. Tomorrow, real low-key, church & catch up on a few little things I need to get accomplished at home.

You, have a wonderful weekend as well.

Thanks!

Kiko : )
