Thanks for the blog advice, I've been eating smaller meals throughout the day and I think it's really helping me break into a new schedule!
Why were you frustrated with the SP nutrition/fitness tools? I hate how some of the things i eat (esp. at restaurants) cannot be added, also how the fitness tool does not subtract any calories burned from the total caloric intake.
